I've always been someone who looks at the bigger picture. I naturally find myself questioning why things are done a certain way, identifying where improvements can be made and finding practical solutions to problems others may have accepted as simply part of doing business.
Throughout my career, I've worked across business management, operations, human resources, financial oversight and organisational improvement. My experience in executive leadership has given me a firsthand understanding of what it takes to keep a business running, from managing everyday responsibilities to making decisions that shape its future.
I've also seen how easily business owners can become overwhelmed by competing priorities. When you're focused on keeping everything moving, finding the time to step back, improve processes or implement meaningful changes can feel almost impossible.
That's where the idea for EnVirgo came from.
I wanted to create a business that offered more than advice and recommendations. A business that could step in, understand how an organisation operates and provide the practical support needed to make improvements happen.
I believe the best solutions come from genuinely understanding the people behind a business, not simply applying the same approach to everyone.
